The Tap Into Strength bracelets have NFC (near field communication) chips that, when tapped on a smartphone, give students access to daily content and prompts to help build their Strengths and support their mental health. The bracelets also provide quick access to potentially life-saving Connecting to Help resources like 988, Trevor Project, and the Crisis Text Line.
Sources is rolling out new campaign resources and ready-to-use meeting agendas that make it easy to weave the interventions from the bracelet into your team activities or even the whole school. The bracelet will continue to feature fresh daily content and even has a "streak" feature, encouraging everyone to connect to the Wheel each day. Whether the bracelets are on the wrists of Peer Leaders or all students across the school, everyone can benefit from Tapping Into Strength.
